Completion of OOG project to the construction site in Jizzakh, Uzbekistan
We have successfully completed the final delivery of a major 550 MW CCPP door-to-door heavy-lift and OOG project to the construction site in Jizzakh, Uzbekistan.
The scope covered the full logistics chain, from origin in Germany through river transport via Haydarpa?a Port, onward inland movements, and final site delivery, including site lifting operations and internal transfers using our own SPMTs.
All activities were executed by CJ ICM Logistics’ own teams, engineering, and equipment, without reliance on third parties.
Key highlights included heavy units up to 375 tons, dimensions reaching 7.40 m width and 6.3 m height, and more than 10 major HL/OOG pieces, transported and installed safely despite winter conditions. Following discharge, approximately 2,000 km of inland transport was completed from the Kazakhstan discharge port to the site.
Beyond transport, all route surveys, civil works, road preparation, and improvement activities were carried out under the supervision of our engineers and local offices, ensuring full technical control throughout the project lifecycle.
This project stands as a clear example of multi-office coordination in action, with origin operations managed by Germany, transshipment and documentation led by Istanbul, port and inland execution overseen by Kazakhstan, and final delivery handled by our Uzbekistan team, supported throughout by our engineering, crane, and field crews.
A complex river-season delivery, executed on time, fully in-house, and under full operational control from start to finish.
